What data we process

Information provided in the request for quotation form: type of service, postcode, floor area, measurement result, name, phone number, email and additional information, plus the time of submission and the page from which the request was sent.

Intended use and basis

The data is used to respond to the request for quotation and to forward it to a provider of measurement or repair services, to which you give consent on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Handlers and disclosures

The form details are passed on through an automation service (Make, EU server). The details are disclosed only to the provider who makes the quote. The details are not sold or used for advertising.

Storage

Requests for quotation are kept for a maximum of 24 months unless the customer relationship requires longer retention.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor numbers are counted without cookies and without identifying individual users. Meter links may be partner links, in which case they are marked with the word Advertising link; the partner's site may use its own cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to inspect your data, request its rectification or erasure and restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
